LAST Conference Melbourne 2014 was a one day, affordable, grassroots mini-conference for Lean, Agile, and Systems Thinking practitioners. The schedule encouraged participation and interaction via talks, workshops and activities.

We always have lots going on at once, and our aim is that by the time participants got to the end of event drinks, they were tired, yet buzzing with inspiration about the ideas exchanged with their fellow practitioners.

The emphasis was on:

• sharing of practical skills
• real experiences of lean and agile adoption
• the latest in systems thinking practice
• gaining inspiration from fellow practitioners
